I am sure it would be possible to meet a decent Christian on one of those but it isn’t likely to be a probable outcome. As with any internet based site, you can be who you want people to believe you are or you can be who you are and no one will be the wiser until they meet you.

I think they’re a waste of time if you don’t post a good photo of yourself. Also the website may have good intentions but some of the members don’t.
I’ve been a member of two websites. I won’t name them because I don’t want to get in trouble. I was tipped off by another member of one sight that the guy who was always chatting me up worked for admin or owned it — he did the same to her. He was not genuine. When I made a complaint I never heard from him (or her) again. Very disappointing as I started to really like him. Anyways…on the next site I was harrassed by someone who fit the profile of a Nigerian scammer (the immediate proposal etc). There was also a guy there who had a nice profile but he totally brushed me off and told me to put a photo up. He didn’t even ask one single question about me. Just wanted to check out the goods. Again I was very disappointed.
I sure hope I haven’t dampened your hopes!

personally , i would never trust the internet with something such as dating.
If you are looking for someone for a serious relationship then i suggest talking to your church elder peoples and definitely your parents. If it’s juts something for fun, then does he really have to be christian?
Good luck:D

My mom met the greatest, nicest guy in the world on a Christian dating website. As long as genuine Christians are on, sure it works. Yes, there will be decietful people, but where isn’t there decietful people (unfortunately).

If you are a woman, they will work wonderfully. If you are a man, you are better off talking to a stranger at the supermarket.

I never tried one. My taste for BDSM is not typically accommodated on those sites. Can’t imagine what the problem is.

They contradict your (no longer mine) faith in god.

From my perspective as a Christian, and a pastor, I advise caution.
God bless you!

I don’t recommend them, but it’s up to you. Most of them are not very Christian. God bless.
